You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to misuse HabitSpark AI, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with service operation, violating applicable law, or infringing the rights of others.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Renewals, billing, cancellations, and refunds may also be governed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and mandatory consumer protections under UK law.

HabitSpark AI provides productivity and habit-building tools only and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

All software, design elements, content, and branding made available through HabitSpark AI are owned by HabitSpark AI or its licensors.

The service may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the operation, terms, or privacy practices of those services.

HabitSpark AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitSpark AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UK law.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
