You agree not to misuse HabitSpark AI, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, violating applicable law, or infringing the rights of others.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are displayed in GBP where applicable. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may additionally be governed by the purchase platform (including Apple App Store or Google Play) and by mandatory consumer protections under UK law.
5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
HabitSpark AI provides productivity and habit-building tools only and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions and outcomes arising from your use of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, content, and branding made available through HabitSpark AI are owned by HabitSpark AI or its licensors. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the service.
